Legal compliance is the backbone of Ag Printers, and we pride ourselves on creating compliant collateral.

With providers updating legal requirements frequently, it can be difficult to ensure your marketing materials are good to go. However, we work endlessly and consistently to ensure our internal database is maintained with current language for all materials, including tags. We have access to and fully understand the requirements your marketing (printed and/or digital) must meet and build to those specifications.

We help you remain current with proper seed labeling as required under the Federal Seed Act (FSA). In order to prevent misrepresentation of seed and meet FSA required standards, we work closely with all the various trait and treatment providers to ensure your tag language is current — all you need to do is add the analysis information.

And as always, we never print your material until it has complete compliance verification/approval by our compliance team.
